His football DNA is the cornerstone of his success, enabling him to make a significant impact on football clubs and federations alike. He has brought innovation and a fresh perspective to the industry, always thinking outside the box to drive positive change.

Beyond his football accolades, he is immensely proud to serve as the Vice President of the non-profit association UNBEATABLES (www.unbeatables.it), dedicated to raising awareness about sudden cardiac arrest in athletes and finding the best ways to prevent and educate. Luigi is a football business advisor and a journalist – with over 20 years of experience – who worked in the different fields of Marketing & Comms (financial, media entertainment and sports management) in the world’s most competitive markets (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and USA).
He’s a B2B & B2C expert, with a particular focus on new revenue streams (contents and products monetization) and change management (workflow and processes).
Luigi has always been ‘club centric’, supporting common goals and structured processes between Corporate and Sport departments.

These experiences have not only fueled his passion for football but also cultivated a strategic and analytical vision, now applied as a consultant and sports advisor.

Martin seeks to share his expertise to enhance team performance, optimize strategies, and contribute to the comprehensive development of players. Prof. Dr. Ridvan Ekmekçi

Founder of "Mind & Performance" Prof. Dr. Ekmekçi possesses comprehensive expertise furnishing athletes with tailored mental training encompassing attention, concentration, stress management, and cognitive skill development. This is based on individual psychophysiological assessments to optimize high performance. Adopting a holistic approach, he assesses genetic traits and mental states to enhance on-field performance. Prof. Dr. Ekmekçi's perspective emphasizes the synergy between mind and body, benefiting both grassroots and professional football players.

Prof. Dr. Korkut Ulucan

Prof. Dr. Korkut Ulucan serves as a sports-genetics and nutrigenetics expert. He worked in the field of "Clinical Genetics" and took part in Pharmacogenetics, Sports Genetics and Nutrigenomic studies leading for the first time in Turkey. Between 2000 and 2009, he worked as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Basic Medical Sciences, Department of Medical Biology and Genetics, and between 2012-2014, as an Assistant Professor at Üsküdar University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. In 2014, he received the title of "Associate Professor". He continues to teach at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Medical Biology and Genetics as a Professor. He has published more than 100 publications, 200 papers and poster presentations in the academic field and has been an editor and chapter author in various medical books. He gives lectures and seminars on Medical Genetics, Pharmacogenetics, Nutrition Genetics, Sports Genetics, Doping and Gene Doping. He has taken active roles in bringing and implementing many applications in sports genetics and nutrition genetics to Turkey and has received many awards in these fields. He has three books in the field of popular science, "Champion Gene" and "From Genes to Behaviors: Epigenetics" and “Nutrigenetics”. In addition to his academic studies, he has pioneered the establishment of many associations and is still a member of these associations. He is still the dean of Marmara University, Faculty of Dentistry, and also the head principle of “Personalized Medicine and Precise Medical Center” in Usküdar University.

Marco Magistrelli

Marco is a specialized sports osteopath, focusing on enhancing athletic performance through a unique and effective therapeutic protocol. His innovative approach combines osteopathic medicine with Chinese pulseology, applied kinesiology, and integrated medicine, preventing latent issues and addressing the root cause. Marco has 17 years of experience working with professional athletes.

Tarkan Batgun

Tarkan has a long and varied work experience. He began his career in 2004 as a Consultant for Sportstec Ltd. In 2006, he founded Guttobiz Scouting. From 2010 to 2018, he was a Consultant for Wyscout. In 2011, he was a Lecturer for Football Performance Analysis at Halic Universitesi. In 2018, he founded guttobizLAB and became CEO of Comparisonator. In 2019, he became a Television Presenter for Tivibu Spor, the National Sports Channel in Turkey. In 2021, he became a Board Member of ALTINORDU FK and a Lecturer for Live Match Analysis, Scouting, and Data Analysis for the Turkish Football Federation.

Michael Lindeman

Michael Lindeman is a coach with a combination of experience in Highly Ranked Leagues and Tournaments in Assistant Manager, Coaching and Performance Director roles, with clubs like AJAX, HSV, FULHAM, AHLY Cairo, Al Wahda, YOUNG BOYS BS, National Team POLAND, Olympic Team Saudia. An innovative coach who specialises in player and framework development at elite level. With a forward thinking vision, his adaptability and understanding of different philosophies, cultures and regions is one of his biggest assets to get the best out of high-performing management, players, clubs and teams.

Volodymyr Levchenko

Experienced sports management and business development professional with a strong track record in building customer relationships, identifying new markets, and negotiating successful deals. Holds degrees in Law, Human Resources Management, and a Professional Master's in Football Business. Specializes in compliance with international trade regulations, expanding businesses in Eastern Europe, and forming partnerships with major companies. A valuable team contributor with expertise in providing recommendations for player performance and team strategy. Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English with exceptional communication skills in multiple languages.

Adriel Araujo

With over 12 years of professional experience, Adriel has worked for the largest communication companies in the country (Editora Abril and TV Globo), consistently standing out for his communication skills and innovative presentations.
Graduated in Marketing and holding a postgraduate degree in Project Management from USP, he also has study and work experiences in the United States and Argentina. Over this time, he specialized in Design, Storytelling, and communication, consolidating all this knowledge into a methodology that has already helped thousands of people.
Currently, he is the CEO and founder of PowerPPT, an education company focused on training and empowering professionals in creating strategic and innovative presentations.
